Please,

• Be sure to sign in as you enter the venue - it gives us a head count for the pizza orders and the door prizes
• Be respectful of the venue which is offered to us by Intergraph by picking up your trash as you leave.
• Avoid personal attacks, slurs, profanity and threats in your interactions with others and particularly the speaker.
• Be aware that speakers and most members expect meetings to end on time, so please reserve any long drawn technical questions to the end of the meeting or email the speaker.
• Meeting sponsors invest their money and time in exchange for the marketing opportunity that our events present to them. Attendees and speakers should refrain from performing any marketing activities that conflict or negatively impact the event sponsor's interests.
• Do sign the sign up sheet for any of the door prizes won.
